Meta (Facebook) Ads: Making the Most with Limited Creative
What I did:
Built Ad campaign from Scratch:
Created two distinct ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram. With no video or usable photos provided, I designed clean, attention-grabbing graphics for both ads (see below).
Budget and Lead Gen:
Spent roughly $2,500 over two months, much less than our Google Ads budget, but very efficient for top-of-funnel traffic. These two ads together generated 80+ leads, all of which came directly through our website landing page form.
Messaging and Targeting:
Wrote focused copy and creative on the concerns parents actually have: their kids’ reading confidence, learning struggles, and the benefits of real support from a specialist tutoring team.
Craft ads targeting all buyer levels of awareness:
Wrote separate ads that targeted non-problem aware buyers, problem aware buyers, solution aware buyers, services aware buyers, and purchase/brand aware buyers, but due to the client's limited budget, I had to settle on problem and solution aware ad copy for the ad campaign.
Creative from ad:
Ad Creative #1: Currently off due to creative fatigue
Ad Creative #2: Currently running, click on the link here
What Worked:
By cutting straight to the point and pairing strong copy with simple, direct visuals, we doubled the average monthly leads compared to previous Facebook efforts.
