Website: Rebuilding TLC's website
When I joined The Literacy Corner (TLC), their website didn’t just look a little like their top competitor—it was nearly a clone (just like this). I knew if I noticed, parents and tutors would too. I immediately set to work making TLC’s site fast, original, and focused on converting real visitors into leads.

Google Ads: More Than Clicks—Real Customers, Real Results
When I joined TLC, the owner made it clear: lead flow was slow; they had just recently hired a few good tutors during the summer, but had no students to assign to them; and the ads weren’t working. They were getting a handful of leads, but the business was in a state of panic. The ads running weren't set up properly, didn’t really target the right keywords, had no conversion tracking, and everyone was sent to a generic homepage.

Meta (Fbk/Insta) Ads: Making the Most with Limited Creative
Working on TLC’s Meta ads, the resources were minimal. No video assets, no images, and none of the slick branded photos you’d usually want for paid social. But in the end, it came down to clear messaging and meeting parents where they scroll.
